Extension of Relief for Ontario's Time-of-Use Electricity Consumers - until May 31, 2020
Published on May 07, 2020The government extended the emergency electricity rate relief for families, farms and small businesses until May 31, 2020 during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Customers who pay time-of-use electricity rates will continue to be billed at the lowest price, known as the off-peak price (10.1 cents/kWh), 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
